first off lets revise this. For one, read my profile before sending me a message. I do not want sex. If I did, it would plainly state that's what I want. Second, I know I'm beautiful. Annnnd here goes: Cramming me into a box is a joke. And if you fit in a box, I probably won't be interested. I'm honest and to-the-point-- usually. I'm eccentric, meaning I've worn many (career) hats, have experienced an awful lot in my 25 years of youth, and am always up for experiencing something new-- think skydiving, hiking, comedy shows, cultural fairs, or shooting range. My "hobbies" include writing (poetry mostly) and shooting pool. Decent at darts as well. :-) I've recently purged myself of all the negative people in my life and am trying to surround myself with more positive individuals. Life is too short to hold grudges and to list all the things that could go wrong or why something can't work. I believe in "No Risk, No Reward"- take a chance. I'm looking for someone spontaneous, a go-getter, educated and/or well-read, must love kids (I don't have any, but do have many nephews and nieces and want to Foster/adopt). I would like to find a friend and potential partner for the gym or a kickboxing class. Or someone to Volunteer with. I do currently work in a bar atmosphere, so you would have to be comfortable with that and the silly hours- hence being spontaneous. ;-) There's a LOT I've left out... but I'm willing to share with the right person... Lunch/ Dinner is usually a good start. No movie. Think theme park, carnival, art fair, mini-golf-- anything that can spark conversation and is light hearted with little pressure to be "perfect". Then if we don't click, at least we had an awesomely fun date! All I ask is that I'm given a heads up so that I have proper shoes on!!! (Spontaneous Zoo trip is fun, but not in heels!!) lol

I've lived in the area for ten plus years now, making a living as a designer/illustrator and playing in a (once) successful rock band. Still recording and writing but have been concentrating more on my art career as of late. But I love music and great songs, even if I'm not a huge fan of "seeing bands". If U2 or McCartney are in town, sign me up, but $20 covers in smoky basements weren't that much fun from the stage, so you can fill in the blanks about how much I enjoy it from the crowd! I've always been active and athletic, but at this point I'm not hoping to get a look for the World Cup team, so I compete more with myself at the gym unless something fun and not deadly serious arises. I also go to the plate for conservative politics and catholic character!I've been self employed in my career since the beginning, but that might be changing soon. I'm looking for more stability and less of the roller coaster life of a freelancer. I don't want to give up the freedom to travel and explore and especially to create.What makes me unique? I think in these times and in this town, my honesty, sincerity and convictions are pretty unique. I know what I believe, and I know right from wrong and I struggle every day to live by it. Taking the easy way out has never been for me. First dates are about getting to know one another, so being somewhere comfortable and fairly quiet is essential. I like laid back cafe type places as much as raucous latin joints as long as we can both be talkative, have some drinks and good food, and hear each other without yelling! Movies are not the best for that, and anything too intimate just causes pressure and stress so you can never be yourself. So start there and see where that takes us!
